Pointed Sticks – What Do You… 7″

pointed_sticks_what.jpgFrom Vancouver, Canada we have the almighty Pointed Sticks that released four solid 7inches a promo 7inch and a so so 12inch. My father where in Vancouver in the early 70’s cause he was about to take my family over there. It didn’t happened and I grew up in Sweden and had to stand all these horrible d-beat bands in the 80’s. Yeah pity me. Wonder if I’ve ended up on The Modern Minds if I’ve lived there? That would’ve been something. Shhh don’t tell any one but I used to play in a d-beat band in 1982 named “Fight Back”.

The B-Side ain’t too bad. Don’t like the a-side as I hate songs about boyfriends/girlfriends.

I was fortunate enought o see their reunion tour in Japan. After 25 years apart they put on some of the best shows I’ve seen (and well worth the trip to Japan.)

I videoed most of the tunes and put them up on youtube.com Hope you enjoy…
