I grew up in Essex England and thought this band sounded familiar. I did some research and found some info at http://www.hyped2death.com/linr45.html
They were from Hertfordshire England and very good too!

Hey Pogel, I’m an Essex boy too. Small world. The name of this band sounded familiar to me also…maybe I saw them live, I don’t remember. This reminds me a little of early Rubella Ballet but more amateur. Thanks for sharing this great record :)

Avoid their other 7″ from 1982 “Softly, Quietly Or Shout”, unless you like synth pop.

English Paul where are you now? My wife and I grew up in Danbury and came to Bradenton, Florida in 1995. You can reply privately if you want to moosehug@tampabay.rr.com

So was this single re-issued in 2000 - anyone know ?. I picked up a copy in Portland this weekend but it’s dated 2000 rather than 1980 (as listed here). Just wondered if anyone knew if this is a boot or a legit reissue ?. Whatever, this is a fantastic record !!!.

Hi,
This is so strange, I was the only girl member in the band, really odd feeling to see us!! So many years ago now too many to mention.
I left the band after this single was released, all very rock n roll, stormed off stage during a sound check and never went back. Ah those were the days.
