A cowbell? Seriously? I'm trying to match cowbell to punk song and nothing else is coming to mind. Either "Fascist Pigs" is total crap or so far ahead of its time we're all still waiting around for it to come. (In vain, I hope.)

"MORE cowbell... I need more cowbell!!!"

its hard to believe that its over thirty years since it all began-the nosebleeds-aint been to music school still sounds great today.will have to dust off my old copy. stick it on the turntable and remember what i was doing back then, each little crackle brings back memories-many thanks for putting this up

This has always been one of my favorite records from Manchester. The guitar solo is so bloody fast I've never been able to figure it out.

Morrissey tried out for both The Nosebleeds and Slaughter & The Dogs. At that point the Nosebleeds also had Billy Duffy (the Cult) on guitar. BTW, Smiths drummer Mike Joyce was in punk bands The Hoax and Victim (his drumming with the Smiths is actually pretty punk at times!).
