Absolute genius. I found two mint copies of their album side by side in a Japanese thrift store a few years ago. Yes, I bought them both.
By the way, they were on SCTV with a KILLER video.

First - the lyrics aren’t quite right.
Next - yes, they were on SCTV. I’m Canadian and watched if faithfully.
However - they made their first north American debut by being featured on “Don Kirschner’s Rock Concert”.
And - did you know they are the very first band in history to have a “concept” video - meaning something other than a video showing the band playing, and actually showing some sort of idea or differentiated tale? Theirs was way ahead of its time.

There are thousands of Canadians that remember the battle between Gerry Todd and Tim Ishimuni and CCCP1. Tim’s off hand comment about “tiny” is priceless too. But the catalog of Devo’s old school vids precede the Top Secret Man vid by miles. That doesn’t make it any less enjoyable.

Wow, thank you for posting this, I’ve been looking for this song for a long time, ever since I seen the music video on SCTV.
