The Blitzz - So Free 7″

Thanks to EMI we got to hear this. I can not thank the big major labels enough who gave us REAL punk bands like The Clash, Sex Pistols, Generation X, XTC, Ultravox, 999, The Police, X-Ray Spex etc. Remember that it was the crappy independent labels that gave us amazing stuff like The Exploited, Anti Pasti and the whole shitty UK82 phenomena and crappy mid to late 80s HC.
Note: If you got mediocre musical taste it’s strongly advised that you DON’T download this.

Haha, so fucking awful. 100% garbage. Totally unoriginal 70s ughaugha rock. That’d be great to love this kind of muuuuusic cuz you’d always find “new” stuff. There must have been trillions of bands from the mid 790s on that sounded like this.

Yes, I’ll agree with Erich. So mediocre that it could have been the Wasps (after the Teenage Treats 7″)or any other pop band. But I’m glad that the lead singer went to London on a “språkresa” (learning-the-english-language-fieldtrip)It’s almost so that I did take him for a UK citizen (he he)

I told you that this isn’t music for people with a sweet tooth for mediocre music.
I wish it was trillions of bands that sounded like this but there wasn’t. Unlike mid 80’s HC ha ha ;).

I definately wished there were trillions of mid 80 hc bands!

Now you know what to wish for Christmas!

I’m an atheist! I believe in nothing!

I think there were actually a billion trillion hc bands in the mid 80s (I don’t know math so good). You could make your own by combining any two words that sounded either raw or hopeful. Examples: Slackpunch, Overreach, Nightfist, Daypride, etc. No, none of these are real- so don’t comment how much you love the first Overreach 7″ (even though I have it on cherry vanilla vinyl, 4 copies pressed).

Love never needs to be justified, haha.

December 22nd, 2006 at 10:31 am
Thanks for putting this one up. Sure wish they would have put out an lp.

“Real punk bands like The Police”
Your humor, who can beat it?
December 22nd, 2006 at 3:06 pm
It’s not about humor. It’s about facts dear Mikael.

Sting is a fag who played bad reggae. Face it.
December 22nd, 2006 at 4:04 pm
Sting did play some bad reggae, but Fall Out was a good punk single. But when they got signed to a major label they became REAL punk?
But Roxanne is quite a good tune (for fux sake, when you are 40+ u can’t be ashamed of anything any longer! Not even the whole UK82 scene, except for Anti Pasti, Action Pact, Ejected and all the other shitty stuff) Viva the Exploited!!
December 22nd, 2006 at 11:04 pm
What’s wrong with being a fag?
December 23rd, 2006 at 1:33 am
Nothing. As long as you’re not lit. Then you get banned from the pubs, Peter, along with all the other test tube babes, ‘cuz of the smoking restrictions.

how dare you uk82 scene was not shitty!
March 22nd, 2007 at 4:38 am
How I dare? I dunno. My taste differs from yours. I think most bands in the so called UK82 genre sucks. That’s all.
