Why Noise ain’t as hyped as Kriminella Gitarrer beats me. They’re on the same label and nearly as great. What makes Noise stands out is their use of synth which is quiet high in the mix. I don’t mind. Sounds great to my ears. Here’s Noise debut 7inch. Their second one Stopp! is great too. You think this was a short text? Well I need to take a dump. See ya!

killer!
I really like the fact that they claim that they wrote the music to “Hjälp”…
IMO even better than KG.
Heresy!
Please post their “Stopp” EP too!!!
I’ve ripped it, scanned the sleeves and uploaded it so it’s in the pipe to be posted :).
This reminds me of late 70’s The Fall, but only slightly. I was just thinking that The Swedish stuff on this site might not be the best thing since IKEA, when this Punk Viking longship landed on the peaceful shores of my computer and did unspeakable things to the peaceful inhabitants. NOISE are now having a Nordic party in my brain, and I’m not even invited, I hope they don’t do too much damage up there and they don’t turn the lights off when they leave.
I need help about the song Hjälp.
Is that true that this is a cover of Black Sabbath
call PARANOID?
LET ME KNOW PLEASE BECAUSE I CANT FIND ANY MP3 TO LISTEN AND COMPARE IT
THANKS
Pat
Pat the mp3 of Hjälp is right here.
Check them out playing Inget ljus and Hon är allt jag har…..

Thanks A LOT Keith! I’ve heard about the existance of this clip but never seen it. Pretty damn great to say the least.
Is that Per Sinding-Larsen hosting the show???
No Peter, it’s not Per S-L, it’s Julius Malmström who’s also running Julius biljettservice down in Malmoe. (Tror jag iaf)
No kidding!! My grandfather used to be friends with that guy. Who knew there was a (slight) power pop connection to my grandfather… :))
I have been listening to them a lot since I first saw that video. I hope to find some of their stuff in Stockholm in two weeks, either on vinyl or cd.
The Noise video is great! I am almost forced to reassess my hatred of children. Plus I have a certain old-man youthfulness; my girlfriend just scolded me (like a child) for my holey socks.
I have listened to this a number of times and have come to the conclusion that this band does not deserve to mentioned side by side with the godlike Kriminella Gitarrer. Please remove said reference. The first song sucks it so mainstream but the second song has some good guitar wotk and the Black Sabbath is good for a laugh. Thanks for posting!
i have to agree with Nathan G.
I like Noise more than Kriminella Gitarrer, and I like Garbochock more than Noise……. Not to say I don’t like Kriminella Gitarrer, cuz I like pretty much everything Stry Terrarie has done over the years. I can see why someone who thinks Kriminella Gitarrer is godlike wouldn’t like Noise though, sÃ¥nt är livet. But they never wrote a song as good as ‘Som om’ or ‘Som ett eko i en grav’. The two bands are linked geographically more than stylistically anway, along with the amazing Kommissarie Roy.
Kriminella Gitarrer is much better than this. Noise is synth wave with some punk learnings but no where near as punk as KG. Sigh!
Synth wave :)? Where you there at the time? If not I understand your comment if not you’re not aware that this was classified as punk rock at the time. So to me it’s still punk. Screamers only had synth and drums but they where still punk rock at the time.
