post-punk from germany from 1980 sung in english? that’s not that usual I think and was considered pretty uncool then. At that time everybody sang in german (or in french in france etc)

Wrong year…the single was released in early 1980. And yes, the Psychotic Tanks are from Cologne, Germany.
