Oh what a thrilling name. Taste it: The Rockers. Guess they wanted a name that stood out from the rest. Two rocking powerpopers that will make the punx puke or so I hope and the ones with a taste for quality music praise me for uploading it. Of course OF COURSE I’m talking about I Want To Tell You and Don’t Leave Me Tonight. Shocking and rebellious lyrics about love, boy looks at girl and see her as a piece of meat and other revolutionary themes. Beefy production with a thick snare drums that was kind of typically for the powerpopers of the late 70s and early 80s. I fucking love this EP and so should you. While you listen to this just remember that punk is dead but powerepop lives.

You know the stuff you post on here sometimes has got to be some of the most obscure, out of this world kind of music, that leaves you regretful that you’ve never heard it before. This one to me is just obscure. A little heavy on the pop, not enough power. Thanx though.

  2. Johan says:

Known to me from Teen Line and Bubblegum the Punk’s comps. Hadn’t heard Comeback though. Sweet!

  3. Jun says:

This is just great. So poppy it makes you want to kill yourself. The vocal harmonies make you think of kittens and lollipops. Great powerpop

  4. Collin says:

Peter, I’m glad you got this copy to play for you. The two slow tracks always jumped for me. I was the fag who sold you it on ebay. I recognize the circled song-titles. I suck.

Ha ha Collin, I was afraid first but I thought you had downgraded it. On my turntable it plays perfectly and the vinyl looks shiny shiny. But I can agree on two things: 1. You’re a fag and 2. You suck.

  5. Martin says:

Cheesy, greasy, sweet and great songs!
