Ho ho you thought I wouldn’t post anything until Christmas. Here’s an early gift from Iceland and the first record I post from the little iland. So bare with me. The post is going to be less informative then usual. Oh, you think my other post haven’t been that informative either. Fair enough. From what I understand Fraebbblarnir have been going on since the late 70′s and are still playing. Here’s their third 7inch. Not as odd considering all the other odd stuff that Iceland has and still spits out, just plain punk rocking from A to B.

Awesome. Always loved this band and Purrkurr Pillnikk. I just picked up the Rokk I Reykjavik double album, all Icelandic punk from 1982.
They also have tracks on the Northern Lights Playhouse LP with a number of other Icelandic bands,some of which were pretty damn good.I think the track here “No Friends” is on it,id have to pull out the LP to be sure.
