I used to be a fan of fold-out sleeves, lots of inserts and so on, but since I started posting on this site I’ve more and more become a fan of sleeveless records, as I don’t have to scan as much. This one was a bit tricky to scan, and it feels like I might have missed something. The sleeve can be folded out to a poster, so I had to take on my non exsisting camera skills to be able to include that one as it’s too big to fit in the scanner.
I don’t know if anyone noticed, but with this one I’ve posted 10 records from 10 different countries in a row. This Swiss cutie is great and snotty punk released at the highlight of the hardcore boom. No HC here though, thank god. Just singalong fun political punk. I like both songs a lot, but think that Terrorist is slighly stronger thanks to all it’s ooooh’s.
Erich, is there anything you want to say about this band, despite the fact that you usually don’t seem to care too much about Swiss punk?
Country: Switzerland
Year: 1982
Label: SFR
Format: 7″
Songs:
Glitter hair cream.mp3
Terrorist.mp3

Both a strong A and B side. I know more than about the colour of the hair in my ass than Swiss (non HC) punk. This is just great. Did they do anyting else on vinyl….
I’m pretty sure this is their only release, at least I haven’t heard about anything else they did. Early Swiss punk is in general way above average, and there are quite a few bands as well.
Could we please get a bigger scan of the lyrics of Glitter Hair Cream?

I never got into this record at all, find it quiet boring.
But I applaud your theme here with posting records from a bunch different countries :).
Well, you are known for your sucky taste as well… Actually, I like it more the more I listen to it. At first I just thought it was too slow.
Together with DECAY, this is the worst swiss punk 7″. It’s so bad it’s not even funny.
