A Canadian EP that could just as well been from the UK, which I tend to think about quite a lot of Canadian punk records. Or maybe not UK per definition, but way more than American at least. Not trying to downgrade Canadian punk to not have an identity of its own here, but to me it would be more logic if Canadian and American punk sounded more alike. Guess it depends on influences as well. I had a thought and a plan when I started writig this text, but I have a strong feeling that I won’t get to the end, or to something that will make any kind of sense… I’ll just stop the try to write something “thoughtful” here.
Favourite track from this EP; I am a confused teenager. The other two are almost as good though.
Really fond of the look of the guy on the far right as well as I can’t stop thinking that it looks like he has one of those cones on his head that dogs get after surgery… What is it he’s actually holding up? Some sort of metal ring? It’s all in all a pretty damn neat and odd band photo. They look pretty tough and all out nerdy at the same time!
