Monday, July 30th, 2007

Three lucky midgets will get The Eat 2×12″LP:

A. Hardison Collins

B. Tony Azu-Popow

C. Thomas M. Brassard.

The right answers:

1. Did Exploited save punk rock? = Um, no. (Tony Azu-Popow)

2. Who lit Rodney Bingenheimers hair on fire? = The Dils. (Thomas M. Brassard)

3. Why is swedish punk superior to punk from the rest of the world? = Racial purity would be the most obvious answer. (Hardison Collins)

4. How many decimals do PI have?= Magnum PI does not need decimals, just a helicopter and that black guy. (Hardison Collins)

5. Can you count to three? = Yes. (Tony Azu-Popow)

Wasn’t that hard ehh? The three persons above are condemned to contact me with their full address or they will burn in hell togheter with Ingmar Bergman.

Win the new The Eat CD / LP!!

Wednesday, July 18th, 2007

Ok, folks! The nice people at Alternative Tentacles have decided to run a contest here at the KBD blog for the brand new, and may I add awesome, The Eat - It’s Not The Eat, It’s The Humidity CD/LP. The CD/LP compiles songs from all their records and loads of unreleased material. You need this.

So you’re a poor bastard or just a cheap ass punk who don’t want to spend money on punk records? Here’s you’re chance to win a copy of the LP. AT is giving away 3 LPs in total so the first 3 persons who can answer these three mind bending questions and send it off to: info@kbdrecords.com subject: The Eat Contest, will get a nice The Eat vinyl to chew on:

1. Did Exploited save punk rock?

2. Who lit Rodney Bingenheimers hair on fire?

3. Why is swedish punk superior to punk from the rest of the world?

4. How many decimals do PI have?

5. Can you count to three?

The contest ends on the 24th of July and the winners will be presented shortly after this date.

Note it’s a double LP! There’s 3 double LPs to be given away not 5 as stated before. There was some miss from my side.
