Too bad there’s only three good tracks on this one. The production on the other hand makes it sometimes worthwhile to listen through the whole thing. Incredible punchy! If this had been a 7inch with Don’t Come… and Enemy Man it would’ve been a monster. A perfect mix of punky powerpop with a slight hard rock influence(hey it’s from Detroit!).

This is the first time I’ve heard this lot and they sound great! I need to pick up something by them for sure.
They’ve released a couple of 7inches too that is worth checking in too. Gutless Radio beeing one of them.
Wow, these 3 songs are great especially “Don’t Come Crying To Me”! I had always heard this LP was spotty so I never bothered checking it out all these years. These 3 tunes are right up there with my favorite Cinecyde song, “Rock Meat and The Hard Ons” from their 2nd EP. “Gutless Radio” from the 1st 7″ is pretty good too of course.
this is the same band on the brainkiller compilation, right?
….are you crazy…only 3 good tracks ???? This is one of my all time fave album !!
I totally agree with neatneatneat, the whole lp rules, they don’t play to formula or type and that’s what makes the WHOLE of this record so great. Their later stuff is great too, true punks…….
Good for you neatneatneat and koots that you like the whole thing. I don’t.
Two years later, but I’ve finally heard this entire Cinecyde LP for the first time. Hey, you guys need to get a new set of hearing aids or clean the wax out of your ears! Because IMHO this is a GREAT loud LP with only like two clunkers. The three tracks you guys posted are still my favorites songs on the LP but other tracks like “Top Secret” and “Firefight” are so good too. Fuck you guys, I’ll just post this entire LP on my blog when I do my next posting in 2011 (ha ha).
